What about substituting the powder and/or the pills for oil of cayenne? I have a 1 oz bottle of the oil and the dropper says 28 drops = 1mL. It goes on to say it’s SHU is more than 10,000 but doesn’t give any other specifics. The label reads as if taking 28-30 drops with the same lemon/maple syrup mix would be equal to 200 mg of cayenne, therefore I have been taking it 2 times a day as a “shot” and chasing it with about 20-30 oz of cold water or tea. It seems to be working. We’ll have to see what the end result is after 10 days. I’m hoping to lose weight of course, but also hoping to be cleaned out, healthier and happer. We’ll see.

I hope Demi and Ashton are doing the master cleanse just for health reasons because they really don’t need to lose any more weight!

Hi Sandra,
That is not recommended. The sea salt solution mixture should be prepared as specified on the website. This is because it will not dissolve into the liquid once it is ingested the same way as it does outside of the body, and so you are not guaranteed the same effect. If you absolutely cannot drink the swf mixture, you may try substituting it with Senna tea instead.
