* 1/10 tsp cayenne pepper (red) or to taste
* 8 oz of purified water


LEMONADE DIET RECIPE

(AVERAGE DAYS SERVING - 8 GLASSES)

* 4 lemons
* 8-16 tbsp of grade B maple syrup
* 1-2 tsp of cayenne pepper
* 2 Liters of purified water


You will also need the following to complete this cleanse:


UNIODIZED Sea Salt
Herbal Laxative Tea
1 Liter Chuggable Water Bottles
1 Tablespoon Measure
1/8 Teaspoon Measure
Cutting Board
Sharp knife
